Anchoring Truths from God's Word

Strength From Christ

Jesus says in this verse for us to abide in Him. There are a lot of Christians and so-called Christians who think just "tacking" the name of Jesus on their life is enough. Just because we are saved and sealed doesn't mean we can go live our life how we want and sin. We should not let salvation be enough for us. We should want to give our life to Christ because He gave His life for us. Some of the ways we can give our life to Him is by daily doing everything to glorify him, be an example to others, and telling others about Christ and what He has done in our life. The more we live for Him, the more fruit we will bear in our life, as this verse describes. When you see apples hanging from a tree, you know it's an apple tree. So, when people see your actions, attitude, behaviors, and the way you live your life, do they know you're a Christian? What do people see in you?
